House of Makrana sells Makrana marble handicrafts and home decor products.

1. Where we deliver

We deliver across India, subject to courier service at your delivery PIN code. Enter your PIN code at checkout to confirm.

2. Order processing and dispatch

Orders are usually dispatched within 3-5 working days after order confirmation. Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Dispatch time is separate from delivery time.

3. Delivery time

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 4-9 working days depending on your location. Remote or hard-to-reach PIN codes can take longer. Delivery times are estimates, and may be affected by weather, courier delays, strikes or festivals.

4. Shipping charges

Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you place the order. The total price is always shown with a breakup.

5. Order tracking

When your order is shipped, we send you the tracking details by WhatsApp, SMS or email. If you do not receive them, message us with your order number on WhatsApp +91 8305061128.

6. Packaging and damage

Marble is heavy and fragile, so every order is packed with protective cushioning. Please check the parcel when it arrives. If it looks damaged, tell the delivery person and message us immediately. If the product is damaged, broken or wrong, report it within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or a video of the product and the packaging. Our replacement and refund process is explained in the Refund Policy.

7. Delivery problems

If your order is delayed beyond the date we promised, or it is lost or not delivered, contact us with your order number. You may choose to wait or to cancel for a full refund. If a delivery fails because of a wrong or incomplete address, or nobody was available to receive it, the parcel may return to us. We will contact you, and re-shipping charges may apply.
